National Disability Insurance Scheme

(NDIS)

At Learn and Thrive Therapy we can work with NDIS participants on self-managed and plan-managed NDIS plans.

Medicare

There are several options for accessing medicare funding :

    • Chronic Disease Management Plan (Item number: 10958)

    • Follow-up Allied Health Services for people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent (Item number: 81330)

Please note that we do not Bulk Bill.  These Medicare programs provide a rebate but do not cover the entire cost of service and there is a gap fee that will need to be paid.

Referrals

We accept referrals from all sources, including directly from participants, GP's, specialists, paediatricians, other health professionals and NDIS coordinators of support.
